Welcome to the Make an Adjustment Podcast! My boys play baseball and I’ve heard coaches say so many times ”Make an Adjustment” when a pitcher is struggling to find the strike zone and I started thinking that we all make adjustments when we aren’t hitting the strike zone of life. I have had difficulty making adjustments and I have sat behind a fence of fear for a long time. It was time I made my adjustment to put myself out there and now I’m here to help you make your adjustments and face your fears. Thank you for being here.

Sometimes when we experience a loss or a trauma we respond by doing things we would not do under normal circumstances. Sometimes we make decisions that represent the person we lost, sometimes we make decisions that do not represent ourselves or our loved ones. As we make adjustments on dealing with a life without the person you lost, make sure you make the decision that represents you too.
